Customer terms and conditions for Blaine Dispensary services

These terms govern your use of Blaine Dispensary services and outline customer responsibilities, dispensary policies, and legal requirements for cannabis purchases in Minnesota.

Customer Requirements

Age Verification and Identification

By entering or attempting to enter Blaine Dispensary, you acknowledge and agree to the following mandatory requirements:

  • Minimum Age: You must be 21 years of age or older to enter the dispensary or purchase cannabis products
  • Valid ID Required: You must present a current, valid, government-issued photo identification upon entry and at point of purchase
  • Acceptable Forms of ID: Driver's license, state-issued identification card, military ID, passport, or tribal enrollment card
  • ID Verification: Your ID must not be expired, altered, damaged, or tampered with in any way
  • Name Matching: ID must be in your legal name and match payment information (if applicable)
  • No Exceptions: We cannot make exceptions to age or ID requirements under any circumstances

⚠ Legal Notice - False Identification

Attempting to enter the dispensary with false identification, using someone else's ID, or being under 21 years of age is a criminal offense under Minnesota law. Violators will be denied entry, removed from the premises, and may be subject to legal prosecution.

Purchase Limits and Restrictions

Minnesota cannabis law establishes strict purchase limits. Blaine Dispensary complies with all state-mandated restrictions:

  • Daily Purchase Limits: Customers may only purchase quantities allowed under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 342
  • Flower Products: Maximum daily limits apply to dried cannabis flower (weight-based)
  • Concentrate Products: Purchase limits based on total THC content per transaction

  • Valid medical cannabis card must be presented at each visit
  • Medical registration must be current and not expired

Prohibited Items and Conduct

The following items and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Blaine Dispensary premises:

  • Weapons: Firearms, knives, or any weapons of any kind (including concealed carry)
  • Outside Cannabis: Bringing cannabis products purchased elsewhere onto the premises
  • On-Site Consumption: Consuming, smoking, vaping, or eating cannabis products on dispensary property
  • Photography/Recording: Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings without express written permission
  • Disruptive Behavior: Loud, aggressive, threatening, intoxicated, or disorderly conduct
  • Harassment: Any form of harassment toward staff or other customers
  • Loitering: Remaining on premises without making a purchase or after business hours
  • Minor Presence: Bringing individuals under 21 years of age into the dispensary

Customer Conduct Policy

All customers must behave respectfully and professionally toward staff and other patrons. Blaine Dispensary reserves the right to refuse service, request customers to leave, and permanently ban individuals who violate our conduct policies or create unsafe conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By entering Blaine Dispensary or using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service
  • You meet all legal requirements to purchase cannabis in Minnesota
  • You will comply with all federal, state, and local cannabis laws

  • Cash Payments: Cash is always accepted and is the preferred payment method
  • ATM On-Site: ATM machine available on premises for customer convenience
